How to Create Fiscal Calendars
- This document covers a step by step guide to creating fiscal calendars in the Basket point of sale system.
- Using the navigation drop-down menu on the upper left hand corner of the screen, select Admin > Fiscal Calendar
Upon navigation to the fiscal calendar page, you will be presented with a form to create a new fiscal calendar.
Creating a Fiscal Calendar
- To create a fiscal calendar, fill out all the mandatory fields listed on the form in the page. These mandatory fields include the year, quarter, week and end date of the fiscal calendar you would like to create.
- After these fields are filled out, click the “Submit” button, and you will have created a new fiscal calendar.
All created fiscal calendars can be found on the right hand side of the screen.
Deleting a Fiscal Calendar
- To delete a fiscal calendar, navigate to the right hand side of the Fiscal Calendar Setup page, and locate the time period you wish to delete.
- Find the trash button, and click it.
- This will remove the fiscal calendar from the current calendar listings.
