How to View the Item Sales Dashboard

  • This document covers a step-by-step guide to generating the item sales dashboard in the Basket point of sale system.
  • Using the navigation drop-down menu, on the upper left hand corner of the screen, select Analytics > Item Sales Dashboard.

Upon navigation to the item sales dashboard, you will be presented with an item selection prompt. Simply type the item name or item UPC to add your desired product to the generated dashboard. When you have added all the items you desire, simply click the back arrow to generate the dashboard.

You can filter the item data generated by time period, by simply navigating to the upper right hand corner of the screen, and selecting the time period you desire.

Upon generation of the dashboard, you will be presented with information pertaining to the selected product’s total sales, amount of customers, basket sales and average item price compared to last year. To see the specifics of each category, simply click on the card denoting the title of these categories to switch view.

Should you wish to compare an item’s analytics to a custom date range, make sure to specify that range within the Custom option when choosing a time period in the upper right hand corner.

Scrolling further down the page, you will be presented with bar graphs detailing the performance of one or more items as a collective across your registered stores.

Tip! You can view a map representation of a product’s performance at each store by navigating to the bulletins at the bottom of the bar graphs to switch view. Simply click this button to change the map.

To view the sales performance data of multiple items comparatively, ensure that multiple items have been selected when going to choose your items to display. Bar graphs correlating to each item’s UPC number will be shown.

Tip! You can hover over any generated graph for any category to view a breakdown of the information that the graph is representing.
