Order from the right vendor, every time.
Draft purchase orders for one store or many. Basket groups each line under the item’s main vendor for that store, so one order becomes the right order for each supplier.
Order once, split by vendor
Draft, suspend, submit
Start a purchase order, set it aside, and come back to it. Submit it when it is ready.
One vendor, or every vendor
Build an order for a single vendor, or add products from any vendor and let Basket group the lines by vendor when you submit.
A main vendor for each store
An item can have several vendors, with a main vendor for each store. Each line uses the right vendor and case cost for the store you are ordering for.
Add a vendor’s products in bulk
Filter to a vendor’s products and add them to the order together, instead of one by one.
Send each vendor their order
Export each vendor’s section as a CSV, print it, or email it.
Refresh after a vendor change
Changed an item’s main vendor after submitting? Refresh vendors on the submitted order and the lines regroup under the new vendor and cost.
Vendor records that stay clean
Keep each vendor’s name, number, email, notes and terms in one place. Vendor numbers must be unique, and you can mark a vendor inactive instead of deleting it.
Import and export vendors
Download your vendor list as a CSV, edit it in a spreadsheet, and upload it to update existing vendors and add new ones.

Common questions
Can one purchase order go to several vendors?
Yes. A general order can include products from any vendor. When you submit, the lines are grouped into a section for each vendor, and you can export each one.
Can different stores use different main vendors?
Yes, when the vendor cost setting is on. Each item can have several vendors, with a main vendor for each store, and orders use the one for the store you are ordering for.
How do I send an order to a vendor?
Export that vendor’s order as a CSV, print it, or email it from the submitted order.
What if I change an item’s vendor after I submit?
Use Refresh Vendors on the submitted order. Basket re-reads each item, then updates the vendor, case cost and case size on the lines and regroups them.
Can I import my vendor list?
Yes. Upload a CSV of vendors to update existing ones and add new ones. You can export your current list to use as a starting file.
